About the Journal

The African Journal of Rheumatology (ISSN 2307-2482) is owned and published biannually by the African League of Associations for Rheumatology (AFLAR). The journal is published in Print & Electronic format. African Journal of Rheumatology (AJR) aims to publish papers in English in Print & Electronic format on basic and clinical research in rheumatism and arthritis, and be a medium for sharing knowledge across the globe.
AJR accepts original research work, reviews, case reports and other relevant scientific work. It covers areas of interest to practicing rheumatologists, researchers, physicians, surgeons and other practitioners (nurses, clinical officers etc) involved in rheumatology and arthritis management.
